建筑工程施工质量保证措施应用研究

Research on the Application of Construction Quality Assurance Measures in Building Engineering

随着社会经济不断发展,建筑工程数量激增,建筑工程施工质量管理已成为民生领域、建筑领域关注的焦点。本文从材料质量、安装维保、工程衔接3个方面对建筑工程施工质量问题进行分析,并针对性地提出应强化建筑工程材料采购与管理、加强施工过程设备维保与安装、全面开展施工检查管理制度等优化策略及建议,为从业人员提供必要的参考。

With the continuous development of social economy and the surge in the number of construction projects,construction quality management has become a focal point in both the people's livelihood field and the building field.Utilizing a literature research method,this paper analyzed construction quality problems from three aspects:material quality,installation and maintenance,and project connection.Then it proposed three optimization strategies and suggestions to strengthen the purchasing and management of construction materials,to strengthen the maintenance and installation of construction equipment during construction,and to develop the construction interface handover management system,providing necessary reference to professionals in the building field.
