火灾后建筑玻璃性能评估与修复策略

摘要 对火灾后建筑中使用的超白钢化中空夹胶三银Low-E玻璃进行损伤评估与修复策略研究。通过实地勘查与标准化测试,对采光顶玻璃的外观、密封性能、光学性能、热工性能及安全性能进行了综合评估。结果表明:大多数玻璃样本性能符合标准要求,对于受损玻璃建议更换,无损且性能合格的玻璃建议保留。通过上述综合修复策略,不仅可以恢复建筑玻璃的功能和完整性,还能提高建筑对火灾等灾害的抵御能力。 This study has conducted damage assessment and restoration strategy research on ultra-clear tempered insulating laminated triple-silver Low-E glass used in buildings after a fire.Through on-site inspection and standardized testing,a comprehensive evaluation was made of the appearance,sealing,optical performance,thermal performance,and safety performance of the glass in the skylight.The results show that the performance of the most glass samples complies with the standard requirements,while damaged glass was recommended to be replaced and undamaged glass with qualified performance was recommended to be retained.Through the above comprehensive repair strategy,not only the function and integrity of building glass can be restored,but also the building's resistance to disasters such as fire can be improved.
