三维激光扫描技术在轮毂检测中的应用

摘要 针对轮毂的外形尺寸精度的检测难题,文中采用三维激光扫描技术作为轮毂的外形尺寸的检测手段。首先使用手持三维扫描仪对轮毂进行三维数据采集,获得扫描点云后,利用Geomagic Control软件进行点云的处理与修复,然后对理论数据与扫描数据的三维尺寸及二维截面线进行对比分析,最后根据对比结果对加工工艺进行优化,满足了零件的高精度加工要求。 Aiming at the dimensional accuracy problem of the wheel hub,this paper applies 3D laser scanning technology as an effective means for the measurement of the overall dimensions of the wheel hub.Firstly,3D data collection is conducted on the wheel hub using a handheld 3D scanner,and then the scanning point cloud is processed and repaired using Geomagic Control software.Then the theoretical data and the scanning data of the three-dimensional size and two-dimensional cross-section line are compared and analyzed.The machining process is optimized according to the comparison results,which meets the high precision machining requirements of the parts.
