摘要
为了揭示风电机组叶片载荷与叶片-塔架净空的内在关系,以叶素动量理论、结构动力学理论等仿真理论为基础,采用Bladed软件对5 MW直驱永磁风电机组进行整机仿真建模,研究风激励下叶片载荷与叶片-塔架净空的数据分布。仿真结果表明:当叶轮呈现Y字形态时,叶片载荷与叶片-塔架净空存在确定的线性关系;当桨距角和对风偏差改变时,叶片载荷与叶片-塔架净空的线性关系仍然存在。
In order to reveal the inherent relationship between blade load and blade tower clearance of wind turbines,based on simulation theories such as blade element momentum theory and structural dynamics theory,this paper uses Bladed software to build model and simulate the entire 5 MW direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine.The data distribution of blade load and blade tower clearance under wind excitation is studied.The simulation results show that when the impeller presents a Y-shaped shape,there is a definite linear relationship between the blade load and the blade tower clearance;when the pitch angle and wind deviation change,the linear relationship between blade load and blade tower clearance still exists.
