适用于LNG装车臂的四爪快接装置

摘要 为解决三爪快接装置存在结构较长、质量较大、与LNG槽车对接时卡爪压到安装孔等问题,对适用于LNG槽车的快速对接技术进行研究。采用理论计算结合试验验证的方法,优化设计了一种适用于LNG装车臂的四爪快接装置,除具有三爪快接装置良好的传动性能、自锁功能、防震动功能、槽车直连功能、流动阻力小、密封性能好、对密封面要求低等优点外,还具有较短的结构长度、更轻的质量、更小的操作力、压紧杆可完全避开LNG槽车接口法兰安装孔等特点。采用四爪快接装置替代原来的松套法兰与槽车对接,不仅能够显著缩短装车臂与槽车的连接时间,提高装车的效率,还大幅减轻了人工劳动强度,使用效果比三爪快接装置更好。 In order to solve the problems of the three-claw quick-connect device with long structure,large weight,and the clamping claw pressing on the installation hole when docking with the LNG tanker,this paper researches on quick docking technology suitable for LNG tanker.By using the method of theoretical calculation combined with test verification,we optimize the design of a four-claw quick joint device suitable for LNG loading arm.In addition to the advantages of three-jaw quick coupling device,such as good transmission performance,self-locking function,anti-vibration function,direct connecting with tank car function,small flow resistance,good sealing performance,and low requirements for sealing surfaces,et al.advantages,this device also has the features of shorter structural length,lighter weight,smaller operating force,and the clamping claw can completely avoid the LNG tanker flange installation holes.The use of four-claw quick-connect device to replace the original loose flange and the tank car can not only significantly shorten the connection time between the loading arm and the tank car,improve the efficiency of loading,but also greatly reduce the labor intensity,and the use effect is better than three claw quick-connect device.
