一种新型蓄能型冷辐射板的释冷特性实验研究

摘要 通过实验研究了一种蓄能型冷辐射板的释冷特性。搭建了实验用人工气候小室,小室内安装了自行设计制造的蓄能型冷辐射板,同时利用哈尔滨地区冬季室外天然环境作为冷源,构造了冷源冻冰采冷及换热系统。实验时设计了26、28、30℃三种人工小室壁面温度工况,观测在不同的工况下其蓄冷释冷量性能,根据实验参数计算辐射板表面自然换热系数、辐射换热系数,同时通过实验观测了辐射板的自然释冷能性能。 This paper investigates the cooling release characteristics of an energy storage type cold radiation plate through experiments.An artificial climate chamber is built for the experiment,and a self-designed and manufactured energy storage type cold radiation panel is installed inside the chamber.At the same time,the natural outdoor environment in Harbin during winter is used as a cold source to construct a cold source ice harvesting and heat exchange system.During the experiment,three artificial chamber wall temperature conditions of 26,28 and 30℃are designed to observe the performance of cold storage and cooling release under different conditions.The natural heat transfer coefficient and radiation heat transfer coefficient of the radiation plate surface are calculated based on the experimental parameters.At the same time,the natural cooling energy release performance of the radiation plate is observed through experiments.
