货运列车闸瓦RFID电子标签及其应用

摘要 基于UHF RFID技术,在RFID电子标签上增加列车闸瓦磨耗检测电路和温度传感器,实现RFID技术在列车闸瓦自动化识别、磨耗检测和管理上的应用,可以对闸瓦在生产、运输、库存、使用等过程中进行信息化管理,在货运列车高速运行时自动在线检测闸瓦的磨耗和温度,并分析车辆制动装置是否有异常或故障,对磨耗超限或异常磨耗的闸瓦及制动部位异常给出报警信息,以便及时排除制动系统故障和安全隐患,减少不必要的闸瓦更换和浪费,减少大量人力检修成本和管理成本,提升货运列车运营效率和安全。 Based on the UHF RFID technology,a wear detection circuit for the brake shoe and a temperature sensor are added on a RFID tag to realize the application of RFID technology in automatic identification,wear detecting and management of the freight train brake shoes.It can manage the brake shoes’information in the process of production,transportation,stock and use,and automatically detect the wear and temperature of brake shoes on-line when the freight train is running at high speed.It can also analyze whether there is any abnormal state or fault in the braking system of the vehicle,and provide the alarm information of the brake shoe whose wear is abnormal or exceeds the limit,so that the faults and hidden dangers of safety in the braking system can be eliminated in time.As a result,it can reduce the unnecessary replacement and waste of the brake shoes,and reduce a large number of human maintenance costs and management costs,and improve the efficiency and safety of the freight train operation.
