摘要
[目的]探究区域内医养结合养老服务在区域一体化政策推动下的协同发展现状,为后续完善医养结合模式和提升区域医养服务环境提供科学依据。[方法]查阅国家以及江苏(江)、浙江(浙)、安徽(皖)、上海(沪)三省一市相关统计年鉴获得数据,运用SPSS软件在建立复合系统协同度模型的基础上进行协同度测算并分析相关结果。[结果]2013-2020年,三省一市中,江浙子系统一直处于优质协调,皖子系统处于勉强协调,沪子系统处于严重失调;从复合系统来看,无论是两两子系统还是三省一市复合的系统皆处于非协同或低级协同状态。[结论]江、浙、皖、沪对长三角系统协同贡献度差异显著,江浙贡献度远大于沪皖,从整体上看,长三角医养结合养老服务发展稳定性欠佳且长期协同等级低下。
Objective To explore the synergistic development status of integrated medical and elderly care services in the region under the promotion of policies of regional integration,and to provide the scientific basis for improving the integrated medical and elderly care model and enhancing the regional environment of medical and elderly care services in the future.Methods Data were obtained by referring to statistical yearbooks of china and three provinces and one municipality,which were Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui and Shanghai.On the basis of establishing the synergy degree model of composite system,SPSS software was used to measure the synergy degree and analyze the relevant results.Results From 2013 to 2020,among the three provinces and one municipality,the Jiangsu and Zhejiang subsystems were in consistently high-quality coordination;the Anhui subsystem was in barely coordination,and the Shanghai subsystem was in serious disorder.From the perspective of composite systems,both the two-subsystem composite systems and composite systems of three provinces and one municipality were in non-synergistic or low-level synergistic state.Conclusions There are significant differences in the contribution degree of synergy of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui and Shanghai to the Yangtze River Delta system.The contribution degree of Jiangsu and Zhejiang is much greater than that of Shanghai and Anhui.On the whole,the development stability of integrated medical and elderly care services in the Yangtze River Delta is poor and the long-term synergistic level is low.
