中国高血压患者并发外周动脉疾病影响因素的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of influencing factors of peripheral arterial disease in Chinese hypertensive patients

目的系统评价中国高血压患者并发外周动脉疾病的影响因素。方法计算机检索Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Embase、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、知网和维普等数据库建库至2023年4月关于中国高血压患者并发外周动脉疾病影响因素的研究,采用RevMan 5.3和Stata15.0软件对入选文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10篇文献,高血压合并外周动脉疾病患者1618例。Meta分析结果显示,年龄[优势比(odds ratio,OR)=1.10,95%置信区间(confidence interval,CI)=1.03~1.16]、吸烟(OR=1.87,95%CI=1.16~3.01)、冠心病(OR=1.70,95%CI=1.16~2.49)、糖尿病(OR=1.92,95%CI=1.30~2.84)、尿酸(OR=1.35,95%CI=1.03~1.77)、脑卒中(OR=1.42,95%CI=1.08~1.86)为我国高血压患者并发外周动脉疾病的危险因素。结论我国高血压患者的外周动脉疾病危险因素为年龄、吸烟、冠心病、糖尿病、尿酸、脑卒中,应据此实施有针对性的外周动脉疾病预防措施。

Objective To systematically evaluate the influencing factors of peripheral arterial disease in Chinese hypertensive patients.Methods We systematically searched for studies on the influencing factors of peripheral arterial disease in Chinese patients with hypertension from the databases such as Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Embase,Wanfang,China Biology Medicine disc,CNKI and VIP from the establishment of the database to April 2023.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 and Stata15.0 software.Results A total of 10 articles were included,involving 1618 patients with hypertension and peripheral arterial disease.Meta-analysis results showed that age[odds ratio(OR)=1.10,95%confidence interval(CI)=1.03-1.16],smoking(OR=1.87,95%CI=1.16-3.01),coronary heart disease(OR=1.70,95%CI=1.16-2.49),diabetes(OR=1.92,95%CI=1.30-2.84),uric acid(OR=1.35,95%CI=1.03-1.77)and stroke(OR=1.42,95%CI=1.08-1.86)were risk factors for peripheral arterial disease in Chinese patients with hypertension.Conclusion The risk factors for peripheral arterial disease in Chinese patients with hypertension are age,smoking,coronary heart disease,diabetes,uric acid and stroke.Targeted prevention of peripheral arterial disease should be implemented accordingly.
