高校研究生科研办公室冬季热舒适及供暖温度分析——以北京某大学为例

Analysis of Winter Thermal Comfort and Heating Temperature of Postgraduate Research Offices in Universities:A case study of a university in Beijing

摘要 高校研究生办公室作为学生科研的主要场所,室内热环境与热舒适对于科研效率、学生健康有着极大影响。选取北京市某高校办公楼作为研究对象,通过问卷调查和现场实测方式探究高校研究生办公室的室内热环境和人员舒适性。结果表明:冬季被调研研究生的服装热阻平均值为1.07 clo,学生已不满足冬季18℃的设计室温,在集中供暖节能运行且学生可以自主调控分体式空调的情况下,科研办公房间的平均温度达到21.4℃,而室内学生的中性温度为21.9℃,热可接受范围为19.1~24.7℃,热偏好温度为24.0℃,热感觉投票为“稍暖(+1.1)”时学生舒适程度最高,学生仍偏向较暖的室内环境,学生积极和间歇地使用空调设备使供暖温度达到其满意的23.5~24.0℃。 As the main place for students’research,the indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort of graduate offices in universities have a great influence on research efficiency and students’health.The office building of a university in Beijing was researched,and the indoor thermal environment and personnel comfort of graduate offices in universities were investigated through questionnaires and on-site measurements.The results show that:the average value of clothing thermal resistance of the researched postgraduate students in winter is 1.07 clo,and the students are no longer satisfied with the design room temperature of 18℃in winter,in the case of energy-saving operation of centralized heating and the students can independently regulate the split air-conditioning,the average temperature of the scientific research office room reaches 21.4℃,and the neutral temperature of the students indoors is 21.9℃,the thermally acceptable range is 19.1~24.7℃,and the thermally The preferred temperature is 24.0℃;students’comfort level is the highest when the heat sensation poll is“slightly warm(+1.1)”,and students still prefer warmer indoor environments,and actively and intermittently use air conditioning equipment to achieve their satisfactory heating temperature of 23.5~24.0℃.
