摘要
交通运输领域在我国碳排放中占有较大比重,高速公路服务区作为交通运输领域的重要节点,加快推进其低碳转型具有重要意义。结合国家和地方的发展规划,分析了各省市自治区政策制定的差异,展示了高速公路零碳服务区的发展现状,详细介绍了多种低碳交通技术在高速公路零碳服务区的应用情况,总结了高速公路零碳服务区建设的技术方向,提出了高速公路零碳服务区的发展举措及建议。在“碳达峰、碳中和”目标下,高速公路零碳服务区建设需要在可再生能源多能互补、储能、污废资源化处理和植被碳汇能力提升方面进行深入探索,以实现高速公路服务区零碳运营的目标。
Carbon emissions of transportation occupy a large proportion in overall carbon emissions in China.Expressway service areas act as the important nodes of transportation sector,and the propelling of its low-carbon transformation is of great significance.Based on the national and local development plans,this paper analyzes the differences in policy formulation among provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions.The development status of expressway zero-carbon service area is shown.The application of various low-carbon transportation technologies in expressway zero-carbon service area is introduced in detail.The technical directions for the construction of expressway zero-carbon service area are summarized.The measures and suggestions for the development of expressway zero-carbon service area are proposed.Under the target of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization,to achieve the goal of zero carbon operation in expressway service areas,the construction of expressway zero-carbon service areas needs to be explored in terms of the multi-energy complementary of renewable energy,energy storage,waste recycling treatment,and improvement of vegetation carbon sink capacity.
