寒冷地区关于75%节能率居住建筑整体气密性检测研究

摘要 在近零能耗建筑评估工作中,建筑外围护结构整体气密性是一个非常重要的指标。建筑整体外围护结构如果有气密性渗漏情况会增加建筑物能耗。目前国内对普通建筑没有外围护结构整体气密性的指标要求,但是随着国家节能标准不断提升要求,普通建筑的建筑外围护结构整体气密性在不断提升,如果普通建筑内部不增加机械通风装置,室内的空气质量是否合格存疑。采用压差法对济南市长清区某新建75%节能率居住建筑的整体气密性能进行了实际测试和理论分析计算,将实测结果与计算结果进行比对分析,并与国外气密性测试结果进行对比分析,讨论了寒冷地区75%节能率居住建筑整体气密性的现状及机械通风的必要性,提出合理化建议。 In the evaluation of near zero energy buildings,the overall airtightness of the building envelope is a very important indicator.If there is air tightness leakage in the overall external envelope of the building,it will increase the energy consumption of the building.At present,there is no requirement for the overall airtightness of the outer protective structure of ordinary buildings domestically.However,with the continuous improvement of national energy-saving standards,the overall airtightness of the outer protective structure of ordinary buildings is constantly improving.If mechanical ventilation devices are not added inside ordinary buildings,the indoor air quality is questionable.The overall air tightness performance of a newly built 75%energy-saving residential building in Changqing District,Jinan City was tested and theoretically analyzed using the pressure difference method.The measured results were compared and analyzed with the calculated results,and compared with the air tightness test results from abroad.The current situation of the overall air tightness of 75%energy-saving residential buildings in cold regions and the necessity of mechanical ventilation were discussed,and reasonable suggestions were proposed.
