黄芪桂枝五物汤联合艾灸治疗颈椎间盘突出症临床观察

Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Cervical Disc Herniation

目的观察加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合艾灸治疗颈椎间盘突出症(CDH)患者的临床疗效。方法选取62例气虚血瘀型CDH患者,随机分为对照组(31例)和观察组(31例)。对照组使用常规西医对照治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合艾灸治疗。治疗1个月后,评价2组患者治疗前后的VAS评分、JOA评分、NDI评分、中医症状积分及治疗后临床疗效。结果治疗1个月后,观察组VAS评分、NDI评分、中医症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.001),而JOA评分、临床有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合艾灸治疗CDH患者临床疗效确切,能显著缓解患者疼痛、改善颈椎脊髓功能障碍、日常生活功能障碍、改善中医症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of cervical disc herniation(CDH).Methods A total of 62 cases of CDH patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(31 cases).The control group were treated with conventional modern medicine,and the observation group received oral modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with moxibustion.After 1 month of treatment,VAS score,JOA score,NDI score,and TCM symptom score in 2 groups were evaluated before and after treatment.Additionally,clinical effect was evaluated after therapy in patients.Results After 1 month,VAS score,NDI score,TCM symptom score of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.001),while JOA score and clinical effective rate were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with moxibustion has definite clinical effect in the treatment of CDH patients,which can significantly relieve pain,improve cervical spinal cord dysfunction,daily life dysfunction,and improve TCM symptoms.
