腰椎透视穿刺封闭术联合身痛逐瘀汤热奄包对术后腰腿痛的影响

Lumbar Spine Closed under Fluoroscopy Combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction Fomentation Package in the Treatment of Postoperative Lumbar and Leg Pain

目的探讨腰椎透视穿刺封闭术联合身痛逐瘀汤热奄包对腰椎融合术后腰腿痛的治疗作用。方法将60例腰椎融合术后腰腿痛患者随机分成3组,各20例。治疗组行腰椎透视穿刺封闭术联合身痛逐瘀汤热奄包治疗,对照组A行身痛逐瘀汤热奄包治疗,对照组B行腰椎透视穿刺封闭术治疗。对比3组VAS评分和JOA评分。结果治疗前,3组VAS评分和JOA评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,3组VAS评分均比治疗前更低(P<0.05),JOA评分均比治疗前更高(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组VAS评分比对照组A和对照组B更低(P<0.05),治疗组JOA评分比对照组A和对照组B更高(P<0.05)。结论腰椎透视穿刺封闭术联合身痛逐瘀汤热奄包治疗腰椎融合术后腰腿痛具有良好的效果。

Objective To study the lumbar spine closed under fluoroscopy combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction fomentation package in the treatment of lumbar and leg pain after lumbar fusion.Methods A total of 60 patients of lumbar and leg pain after lumbar fusion as the research object were randomly divided into three groups,with 20 cases in each group.The patients in treatment group were treated with lumbar spine closed under fluoroscopy combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction fomentation package,control group A was treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction fomentation package,and control group B was treated with lumbar spine closed under fluoroscopy.VAS scores and JOA scores of the 3 groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score and JOA score among 3 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score in 3 groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),JOA score was higher than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of control group A and control group B(P<0.05),JOA score of the treatment group was higher than that of control group A and control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The lumbar spine closed under fluoroscopy combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction on lumbar and leg pain treatment after lumbar fusion has good effect.
