香砂六君子汤联合叶酸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Folic Acid in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的观察香砂六君子汤联合叶酸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法将100例依据纳入排除标准选取的CAG患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组给予常规四联疗法联合叶酸治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予香砂六君子汤治疗,疗程2周,观察2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、胃肠功能指标及炎症因子。结果与对照组比较,试验组在提升临床有效率、改善胃肠功能及降低炎症水平均表现出明显优势(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤联合叶酸治疗比单独叶酸辅助常规四联疗法表现出更好的CAG治疗效果,减轻机体炎症反应、胃黏膜病理生理改变,是一种比较安全有效的补充疗法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with folic acid in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods A total of 100 CAG patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional quadruple therapy combined with folic acid treatment,while the experimental group received folic acid supplementation and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on the basis of conventional quadruple therapy for a course of 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function indicators and inflammatory factors were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed obvious advantages in improving clinical effective rate,improving gastrointestinal function and reducing inflammation level(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with folic acid treatment demonstrates better effect in treating CAG compared to folic acid supplementation combined with conventional quadruple therapy alone,alleviating inflammatory responses and pathological changes in gastric mucosa physiology,and represents a relatively safe and effective supplementary therapy.
