The Application of Preventive Treatment of Disease Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Psycho-cardiological Disease

双心医学(Psycho-cardiology)是研究并处理与心脏相关的个人情绪波动、社会生活环境及个人行为问题的科学。双心病是一种心理障碍与心血管疾病并存的疾病,两者互为因果且互相影响,属于中医心系相关疾病的范畴,临床上较多从心、肝、脾三脏论治。中医在“生物-心理-社会”一体化防治治疗、治未病方面具有独到的优势。因此,此文基于中医治未病理论,并结合天人相应、整体观念等诸多理论,探讨中医治未病理论在双心病领域的可行性。

Psycho-cardiology is a science that studies and deals with the emotional,social environment and behavioral problems related to the heart.Psycho-cardiological disease refers to the psychological heart disease caused by cardiovascular diseases and psychological disorders.It belongs to the category of heart related diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Clinically,it is mostly treated from the heart,liver and spleen.The preventive treatment of disease theory of traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the integrated prevention and treatment of“biology,psychology and society”.Therefore,based on the preventive treatment of disease theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with many theories such as the correspondence between heaven and man and the overall concept,this paper discussed the applicability of preventive treatment of disease theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of psycho-cardiological disease.
