As a key tool in modern product design,3D digital modeling technology has become the core tool in mod-ern product design by providing accurate visualization and simulation capabilities.This paper summarizes the applica-tion of 3D modeling in product design,including its key role and process in product design and CAE(Computer-Aided Engineering)technology analysis.At the same time,this paper also discusses the optimal design of products,such as design variables,optimization variables and design objective function.Finally,a 3D digital model isestab-lished,and through case studies and theoretical analysis,this paper demonstrates how 3D digital modeling technology can improve design efficiency,optimize product performance,reduce costs and promote innovation,and looks for-ward to its future development trend.
