摘要
随着社会经济水平的不断提高,全社会固定资产投资稳步增长,而投资不可控的现象也越来越严重。因此,在项目建设初期加大投资估算是非常重要的。文章通过对大数据分析的研究,提出基于大数据分析的工程造价预测数学模型,以山东省35kV及以上电网建设工程造价相关历史数据为背景,通过收集和整理与预测对象相似的工程造价数据,对工程造价智能预测模型估计和训练。最后,对该工程的工程造价数据进行预测,并将实际结果与传统预测模型的估算结果进行对比,验证所提出的组合预测方法在工程造价预测领域的准确性和高效性。
With the continuous improvement of social and economic levels,the fixed asset investment in society has grown steadily,and the uncontrollable phenomena in investment have become increasingly serious.Therefore,it is crucial to enhance investment estimation during the initial stage of project construction.This paper proposes a math-ematical model for engineering cost prediction based on big data analysis.Using historical data related to the cost of 35kV and above power grid construction projects in Shandong Province,the intelligent prediction model is estimated and trained by collecting and organizing project cost data similar to the forecast object.Finally,the cost data of the project are predicted,and the actual results are compared with the estimates from traditional prediction models.The comparison verifies the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed combined prediction method in the field of engineer-ing cost prediction.
