摘要
档案资源形态演化、技术环境变迁和用户需求提高等内外因素变革驱动档案工作数智转型,函待突破物理、数字双空间发展模式跃迁至知识空间。然而智能化工具的缺位导致数智转型缺少技术支点。大模型技术的出现对档案等公共服务产业造成冲击,也为档案工作全链路技术升级带来新机遇。从大模型核心技术出发,分析档案工作数智转型现状、大模型实践场景和理论研究,明确大模型技术嵌入档案工作的必要性和可行性,结合CVP技术栈思想提出知识空间档案工作“大模型十”技术嵌入框架,探索档案知识“收管存用”新模式,进而探讨大模型驱动档案工作产生的人机关系、工作场域和工作模式的新转变,以期为大模型技术嵌入档案工作提供参考。
The transformation of archival resources,shifts in technological environments,and increased user demands are driving the digital and intelligent transformation of archival work,necessitating a leap from a dual development model of physical and digital spaces to a knowledge space.However,the lack of intelligent tools results in a deficiency of technical means for this transformation.The advent of large language model technology has impacted the archival and other public service industries,bringing new opportunities for a comprehensive technological upgrade in archival work.Starting with the core technology of large language models,this analysis examines the current state of digital and intelligent transformation in archival work,the practical scenarios and theoretical research on large language models,and clarifies the necessity and feasibility of integrating these technologies into archival work.Incorporating the CVP technology stack concept,a‘Large Language Model+'technology embedding framework for knowledge space archival work is proposed,clarifying a new pattern for the'collection,management,storage,and use'of archival knowledge.This leads to an exploration of the new shifts in human-machine relationships,workspaces,and work patterns driven by large language models,aiming to provide a reference for integrating large language model technology into archival work.
