摘要
纳米氧化铈(CeO_(2)NPs)作为稀土中丰度最高元素的氧化物,目前已被广泛应用于生物医学和工业生产等与人类生活息息相关的领域。我国是稀土资源与生产大国,CeO_(2)NPs对人类健康的影响被愈加关注。针对CeO_(2)NPs可能的健康风险,研究人员开始关注其对生物体的毒性效应,特别是对生殖系统的影响。雄性生殖系统不仅负责生产精子,调节睾丸激素的分泌,还对维持男性性征和性功能有着关键作用,受到任何不良影响都可能导致生殖能力下降和生殖功能障碍。一些研究已经表明,长期暴露于CeO_(2)NPs环境中可能会导致雄性动物性腺损伤、性激素紊乱等问题。因此,深入研究CeO_(2)NPs对雄性生殖系统的潜在影响具有重要的科学意义和实际价值。本文从生精细胞、精子结构、血睾屏障、下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴、附睾的功能变化等方面综述了CeO_(2)NPs的雄性生殖毒性,并分析了CeO_(2)NPs的理化参数,包括粒径大小、物理形状对雄性生殖系统毒性的影响作用,为CeO_(2)NPs的安全生产和合理使用提供一定的理论基础和科学依据。
Cerium oxide nanoparticles(CeO_(2)NPs),as the oxides of the most abundant elements in rare earths,have been widely used in biomedical and industrial production and other fields that are closely related to human life.China is a large country in resources and production of rare earth,and the impact of CeO_(2)NPs on human health has been increasingly concerned.In response to the possible health risks of CeO_(2)NPs,researchers begin to focus on their toxic effects on living organisms,especially on the reproductive system.The male reproductive system is not only responsible for producing sperm and regulating the secretion of testosterone,but also plays a key role in maintaining male sexual characters and function.Any adverse effects on the male reproductive system may lead to reduced fertility and reproductive dysfunction.Some studies have shown that long-term exposure to CeO_(2)NPs may lead to gonadal damage,sex hormone disorders,and other problems in male animals.Therefore,an in-depth study of the potential effects of CeO_(2)NPs on the male reproductive system is of great scientific significance and practical value.In this study,we reviewed the male reproductive toxicity of CeO_(2)NPs in terms of spermatogenic cells,spermatozoa structure,blood-testis barrier,hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis,and functional changes in epididymis,and analyzed the effects of the size and shape of physicochemical parameters of CeO_(2)NPs on the toxicity to male reproductive system.The findings will provide a theoretical basis and scientific evidence for the rational use of CeO_(2)NPs.
