摘要
克罗诺杆菌是一类食源性条件致病菌,可在乳粉加工过程中污染乳粉从而威胁新生儿健康,在乳粉或配方奶粉中正确识别克罗诺杆菌不仅能避免新生儿感染的风险,还对于奶粉安全有着重要意义。准确快速检测技术的应用,是预防和控制克罗诺杆菌感染发生与流行的基础。本文中,我们论述了针对克罗诺杆菌的三种检测方法,分别是传统生理生化检测、免疫检测法以及分子生物学检测方法,以期为临床或实验室检测克罗诺杆菌提供方法和经验。
Cronobacter spp.is a type of foodborne opportunistic pathogen that can contaminate milk powder during processing,posing a threat to the health of newborns.Correctly identifying Cronobacter spp.in milk powder or formula not only helps prevent the risk of neonatal infection but also plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of infant formula.The application of accurate and rapid detection technology is the foundation for preventing and controlling the occurrence and prevalence of infection by Cronobacter spp..In this article,we discuss three detection methods for Cronobacter spp.:traditional physiological and biochemical methods,immunological detection methods,and molecular biology techniques.Our aim is to provide insights and practical approaches for the clinical or laboratory detection of Cronobacter spp.
