GH4169外螺纹滚压工艺参数的有限元仿真研究

摘要 外螺纹滚压质量与滚压工艺参数息息相关。利用ABAQUS软件建立GH4169高温合金棒外螺纹滚压过程有限元模型,并通过能量法、成型螺纹形貌及最大径向力实验和仿真进行模型验证;基于单因素法获得工艺参数对工件表面应力应变、滚丝轮最大扭矩及最大径向力的影响规律。结果表明:有限元模型有效;滚丝轮转速越快,工件表面最大等效应变和滚丝轮最大扭矩越大,最大径向力越小;进给速度越快,工件最大等效应变和滚丝轮最大径向力先短暂增加后逐步减小,最大扭矩逐渐增大;径向进给量越大,工件最大塑性应变、滚丝轮最大扭矩及最大径向力均越大。 At present,the rolling quality of external thread is mainly related to the rolling process parameters.To reduce the experimental exploration of these parameters,the finite element model of the rolling process of GH4169 outer thread is established by ABAQUS software and verified by energy method,experimental morphology and maximum radial force.Based on the single factor method,the influence rules of process parameters on the forming stress and strain of workpiece,the maximum torque of the screw-roller and the maximum radial force are obtained.The results show that the finite element model validation is effective.The faster the speed of the roller,the greater the maximum plastic strain of the workpiece and the maximum torque of the roller,the smaller the maximum radial force.With the increase of feed speed,the maximum equivalent strain of the workpiece and the maximum radial force of the roller first increase briefly and then decrease gradually,the maximum torque increases gradually.The greater the radial feed of the roller,the greater the maximum plastic strain of the workpiece,the maximum torque and the maximum radial force of the roller.
