摘要
起重机械的方管构件在使用中易出现裂纹等损伤,采用碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)补片胶粘可修复损伤的方管构件。利用ABAQUS软件对两种不同裂纹的损伤钢管进行了三点弯曲模拟试验,以极限承载力、胶层应力和裂纹尖端应力强度因子作为判断依据,分析CFRP补片长度、厚度和方管壁厚对损伤方管修复效果的影响。模拟试验结果表明,在脱粘风险较低的情况下,合理的CFRP补片长度和厚度可以有效阻止裂纹的扩展,并提升构件的抗弯能力,方管壁厚越大,CFRP补片脱粘的风险越大。
The square tube components of hoisting machinery are prone to crack and other defects.The use of carbon fiber-reinforced polymer(CFRP)patch glueing can repair damaged square tube components.Three point bending simulation tests are conducted on two types of damaged steel pipes with different cracks by using ABAQUS software.Based on ultimate bearing capacity,adhesive stress and the crack tip stress intensity factor,the repair effect of CFRP patch length,thickness and square tube wall thickness on damaged square tubes are analyzed.The simulation test results show that the reasonable length and thickness of CFRP patch can effectively prevent crack propagation and improve the bending capacity of the component under the condition of low debonding risk.The thicker the square tube wall is,the greater the debonding risk of CFRP patch is.
