带电作业工器具专用护理车及配套系统研发

Research and development of specialized nursing vehicle and supporting system for live working appliances

为了实现对带电作业工器具状态的随时护理和检查,研发了一种专用护理车及配套系统。针对当前智能安全工器具不具备除湿、杀菌功能的问题,在护理车内部设置除湿杀菌智能安全工器具柜,实现对绝缘手套和绝缘鞋的快速除湿、杀菌与恒温处理;针对工器具分类与查询难度大的问题,设计基于无感识别技术的工器具智能分类系统与护理车配套系统,在云计算平台的支持下对工器具上的电子标签数据自动进行读取和记录,进而达到对工器具智能分类与管理的目的。测试结果及应用情况显示,设计的专用护理车及配套系统有较高的应用价值,是一种软硬件结合、可复制的产品,有助于推动带电作业技术的发展。

In order to realize the care and inspection of the state of live working equipment at any time,a specialized nursing vehicle and its supporting system are studied.In combination with the current intelligent safety equipment,it has the function of dehumidification and sterilization.The intelligent safety equipment cabinet of dehumidification and sterilization is set up in the interior of the nursing vehicle,and the interior of insulating gloves and insulated shoes are quickly dehumidified,sterilization and constant temperature treatment.Considering the difficulty of classification and query of appliances,an intelligent classification system of appliances based on non-inductive recognition technology is designed to be matched with the nursing vehicle,and the electronic label data on appliances can be automatically read and recorded under the support of cloud computing platform,so as to achieve the purpose of intelligent classification and management of appliances.The test results and application show that the designed specialized nursing vehicle and supporting system have high application value.It is a kind of software and hardware combined and replicable product,which is helpful to promote the development of live work.
