融合PSO算法与模糊决策的CT扫描床预防性维修周期模型研究

摘要 为提高对CT设备工作状态的预测效率,从而帮助医院采取合理有效的预防性维修策略,设计了一种CT扫描床预防性维修周期模型,用于预测CT球管的使用寿命。通过PSO算法优化该模型,引入模糊决策对CT扫描床的故障进行预测。结果表明,该模型故障预测的平均绝对误差与平均绝对百分比误差较其他模型均要小,分别为0.065和0.71%。该模型显著提升了CT扫描床预防性维修的预测效果。 A preventive maintenance cycle model of CT scanning bed is designed to predict the service life of CT bulb in order to improve the efficiency of predicting the working state of CT equipment and help hospitals adopt reasonable and effective preventive maintenance strategies.The model is optimized by PSO algorithm,and fuzzy decision is introduced to predict the fault of CT scanning bed.The results show that the mean absolute error and mean absolute percentage error of this model are smaller than those of other models,which are 0.065 and 0.71% respectively.This model significantly improves the predictive effect of CT scanning bed preventive maintenance.
