摘要
依托新建重庆至昆明高速铁路的台子村1号大桥(48+80+48)m连续梁工程,分析了传统的挂篮(上锚固悬臂灌注造桥机)浇筑施工存在的问题和隐患,介绍了采用的下锚固悬臂灌注施工造桥机的结构和主要施工工序。通过有限元建模分析,说明造桥机在浇筑和走行工况下,其力学性能满足要求。下锚式悬臂灌注造桥机强度安全储备大、变形小,且其在安拆、走行、调模、人工等方面均具有明显优势。
Based on the continuous beam construction of the Taizi Village No.1 Bridge(48+80+48)m on the newly constructed Chongqing-Kunming High-Speed Railway,this paper analyzes the issues and potential hazards associated with the traditional suspended basket(upper-anchored cantilever casting bridge machine)construction method.It introduces the structure and primary construction procedures of a lower-anchored cantilever casting bridge machine as an alternative.Finite element modeling analysis demonstrates that the mechanical performance of this bridge machine meets required standards under casting and traveling conditions.The lower-anchored cantilever casting bridge machine features a large safety reserve in terms of strength,minimal deformation,and distinct advantages in installation,removal,traveling,mold adjustment,and manual operations.
