摘要
平衡结合快速伸缩复合训练是一种有效提高羽毛球运动员竞技能力的方法。在国外有多种存在形式,但国内针对羽毛球运动员开展训练的研究较少。该文通过查阅相关文献,总结出平衡结合快速伸缩复合训练对羽毛球运动员运动表现的影响。结果发现,平衡结合快速伸缩复合训练对于提升羽毛球运动员的敏捷性、加快场地上步伐移动的速率具有积极影响,还能增强羽毛球运动员的核心稳定性能力,提升运动员的平衡能力。同时,平衡结合快速伸缩复合训练被证明能够有效防止羽毛球运动员下肢运动损伤,降低运动损伤的发生概率。
Combined balance and plyometric training is a method that can effectively improve the competitive ability of badminton players.There are various forms in foreign countries,but there are few researches on training for badminton players in China.This article summarizes the impact of balance combined with rapid stretching and contraction compound training on the athletic performance of badminton players by reviewing relevant literature.The results found that the combined balance and plyometric training has a positive impact on improving the agility of badminton players and accelerating the pace and movement on the field,and also enhancing the core stability and balance ability of badminton players.At the same time,combined balance and plyometric training has been shown to effectively prevent lower limb sports injury and reduce the probability of sports injuries.
