供需视角下数字赋能促进青少年体质健康的挑战与策略

Challenges and Strategies of Digital Empowerment in Promoting Adolescent Physical Health from the Perspective of Supply and Demand

青少年体质健康问题不仅关系到个体的成长与发展,更关乎国家未来与社会的长远福祉,关注青少年健康需求,推进青少年体质健康数字化发展,是实现青少年体质健康智慧治理,提升数字赋能治理效能的有效手段与应有之义。该文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,基于供需视角,探讨数字赋能促进青少年体质健康的理论逻辑、现实挑战与提升策略。研究表明,当前挑战主要表现为技术供给与需求的脱节、数据管理与隐私保护的矛盾,以及政策推动与社会接受度的错配。为此,该文提出相应提升策略:技术供给与服务需求精准对接,数据管理与隐私保护健全优化,政策支持与社会认知双向提升。

The issue of adolescent physical health is not only related to the growth and development of individuals,but also related to the future of the country and the long-term well-being of society.Paying attention to the health needs of adolescents and promoting the digital development of adolescent physical health is an effective means and obligation to achieve intelligent management of adolescent physical health and improve the effectiveness of digital empowerment governance.Based on the perspective of supply and demand,this paper discusses the theoretical logic,practical contradiction and improvement path of digital empowerment in promoting adolescent physical health through research methods of Literature Review and Logical Analysis.The research shows that the current contradiction between supply and demand is mainly manifested as the disconnection between technology supply and demand,the contradiction between data management and privacy protection,and the mismatch between policy promotion and social acceptance.To this end,this paper proposes corresponding improvement paths:Strengthening the precise docking of technology supply and service demand;Sound optimization of data management and privacy protection;Two-way improvement of policy support and social cognition.
