摘要
目的:筛选出能够表征五指毛桃抗旱性的重要叶片形态特征及解剖结构指标,探索五指毛桃叶片形态结构与其抗旱性的关联性。方法:对8份五指毛桃种质进行抗旱性测定,并观察这8份种质的叶片形态特征及解剖结构,利用方差分析、相关性分析及隶属函数值进行比较分析。结果:8份五指毛桃种质的抗旱性大小依次为LC5>LC13>LC10>LC4>LC6>LC7>LC3>LC8;叶色、绒毛量、叶厚、栅栏组织厚度、栅海比与抗旱性呈显著正相关,下表皮细胞厚度与抗旱性呈显著负相关,叶长、叶宽、角质层厚度、上表皮细胞厚度、海绵组织厚度与抗旱性的相关性不显著;以叶色、绒毛量、叶厚、栅栏组织厚度、下表皮细胞厚度、栅海比6个指标进行隶属函数值分析,发现8份五指毛桃种质的抗旱性大小排序为:LC5>LC13>LC10>LC4>LC6>LC7>LC8>LC3,与8份种质自身的抗旱性大小顺序基本吻合。结论:叶色、绒毛量、叶厚可作为表征五指毛桃抗旱性的外在形态指标,栅栏组织厚度、下表皮细胞厚度、栅海比可作为表征五指毛桃抗旱性的内在解剖结构指标。
Objective:To screen out important leaf morphological characteristics and anatomical structure indexes that could characterize drought resistance of Ficus hirta,and to explore the relationship between leaf morphological structure and drought resistance of Ficus hirta.Methods:The drought resistance of eight germplasm of Ficus hirta were measured and the leaf morphological characteristics and anatomical structure of eight germplasm were observed.The results were compared by ANOVA,correlation analysis and membership function.Results:The drought resistance of eight germplasm of Ficus hirta were LC5>LC13>LC10>LC4>LC6>LC7>LC3>LC8.Leaf color,villus amount,leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness and grid-sea ratio were positively correlated with drought resistance,and the thickness of lower epidermal cells was negatively correlated with drought resistance,while the leaf length,leaf width,cuticle thickness,upper epidermal cell thickness and spongy tissue thickness had no significant correlation with drought resistance.According to the membership function value analysis of 6 indexes,such as leaf color,villus amount,leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness,lower epidermal cell thickness and grid-sea ratio,it was found that the order of drought resistance of eight germplasms was LC5>LC13>LC10>LC4>LC6>LC7>LC8>LC3,which was basically consistent with the order of drought resistance of 8 germplasms.Conclusion:Leaf color,villus amount and leaf thickness can be used as the external morphological indicators of drought resistance,palisade tissue thickness,lower epidermal cell thickness and grid-sea ratio can be used as the internal anatomical indicators of drought resistance.
