摘要
目的:研究覆盆子的化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂柱、正相硅胶柱、ODS柱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱、半制备高效液相等色谱方法进行分离纯化,并运用ESI-MS、NMR、ECD等现代谱学技术进行化合物结构鉴定。结果:从覆盆子醇提物中共分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:chinlactam A(1)、chinlactam B(2)、4-(9H-β-carbolin-1-yl)-4-oxobut-2-enoic acid methyl ester(3)、(+)-eucophenolic A(4)、(-)-eucophenolic C(5)、阿江榄仁酸(6)、野鸦椿酸(7)、rosanortriterpene C(8)、fupenzic acid(9)、异高山黄芩素(10)、紫云英苷(11)、顺式椴树苷(12)。结论:其中,化合物1、2为新化合物,化合物3~5、8、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Rubus chingii.Methods:The chemical constituents of Rubus chingii were isolated and purified by column chromatography such as macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and semipreparative HPLC.The structures were identified by ESI-MS,NMR,ECD and other modern spectrum technologies.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Rubus chingii and identified as chinlactam A(1),chinlactam B(2),4-(9H-β-carbolin-1-yl)-4-oxobut-2-enoic acid methyl ester(3),(+)-eucophenolic A(4),(-)-eucophenolic C(5),arjunic acid(6),euscaphic acid(7),rosanortriterpene C(8),fupenzic acid(9),isoscutellarein(10),astragalin(11),cis-tiliroside(12),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds,compounds 3 to 5,8,10 are isolated from Rubus chingii for the first time.
