摘要
目的:研究藤黄科藤黄属植物山竹子Garcinia multiflora Champ.ex Benth.茎叶的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶、HPLC等多种色谱技术对山竹子茎叶的醇提物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从山竹子茎叶中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:1,3,7-三羟基呫吨酮(1)、1,3,6,7-四羟基呫吨酮(2)、1,6-二羟基-3,5,7-三甲氧基呫吨酮(3)、GDPPH-1(4)、香橙素(5)、eriodictyol(6)、7,5,4′-三羟基黄酮(7)、4,6,4′-三羟基-2,3′-二甲氧基-3-异戊烯基二苯甲酮(8)、garcicowin D(9)、30-epi-cambogin(10)、garcimultiflorone H(11)、garcinol(12)、1-丙酮,1-(3,4-二羟基-5-甲氧基苯基)(13)、loliolide(14)。结论:其中,化合物1、4~6、9、11~14为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Garcinia multiflora.Methods:The compounds from the ethanol extract of stems and leaves of Garcinia multiflora were isolated and purified by silica gel,HPLC and other chromatographic techniques,and the structures were identified according to physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from the stems and leaves of Garcinia multiflora and identified as 1,3,7-trihydroxyxanthone(1),1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxyxanthone(2),1,6-dihydroxy-3,5,7-trimethoxyxanthone(3),GDPPH-1(4),aromadendrin(5),eriodictol(6),7,5,4′-tetrahydroxyflavone(7),4,6,4′-trihydroxy-2,3′-dimethoxy-3-isopentenylbenzophenone(8),garcicoven D(9),30-epi-cambogin(10),garcimultiflorone H(11),garcinol(12),1-acetone,1-(3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)(13),loliolide(14),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,4 to 6,9,11 to 14 are isolated from Garcinia multiflora for the first time.
