摘要
随着数字化工厂概念越来越受到重视,冶金工业厂房三维模型创建的时效性和准确性成为公众关注的焦点。文章从工程实际出发,将参数化设计的概念引入到冶金工业厂房的三维设计中,通过对Bentley ProStructures软件的二次开发,将冶金工业厂房中复杂的结构形式按照结构特点归类做成参数化模块,内置到三维建模软件中。研究表明:参数化建模工具能够在三维模型创建过程中实现复杂模型一键生成、一键修改,降低了模型创建难度,提高了工作效率,可为参数化设计方法在冶金行业的进一步研究与应用提供技术参考。
As the concept of digital factory is getting more and more attention,the timeliness and accuracy of the creation of 3D models of metallurgical industrial plants have become the focus of attention.Starting from the actual engineering,this paper introduces the concept of parametric design into the three-dimensional design of metallurgical industrial plants,and through the secondary development of Bentley ProStructures software,the complex structural forms in metallurgical industrial plants are classified into parametric modules according to structural characteristics,and the modules are built into 3D modeling software.Research has shown that parametric modeling tools can achieve one-click generation and one-click modification of complex models in the process of three-dimensional model creation,reduce the difficulty of model creation and improve work efficiency.The results can provide a technical reference for the further research and application of parametric design methods in the metallurgical industry.
