“双碳”目标下既有建筑改造技术路径研究

摘要 “双碳”政策对于我国建筑业发展具有重要影响。通过分析既有建筑改造的新要求,提出一种既有建筑低碳化改造的技术路径,遵循节能和用能结构调整两大建筑低碳运行路径,通过建设能碳管理平台、建筑节能技术应用、可再生能源利用这3种方式,将既有建筑改造为智慧建筑,通过数字化技术应用促进建筑减碳。研究表明:通过上述路径进行既有建筑改造,中央空调冷热源部分综合节能率达到25%,通过对空调机组和空调末端改造,每年减少建筑碳排放量49.34万t;电梯系统通过安装变频再生能量回馈装置,每年可节约电能1.1万度,减少9 727.3 t碳排放,该技术路径的具有可行性及显著的减排效果,为既有建筑低碳化节能改造提供了技术参考。 The carbon peak and carbon neutrality policy has a significant impact on the development of China's construction industry. By analyzing the new requirements for the renovation of existing buildings, a technological path for low-carbon renovation of existing buildings is proposed, following the two major low-carbon operation paths of energy conservation and energy structure adjustment.Through the construction of an energy carbon management platform, the application of building energy-saving technology, and the utilization of renewable energy, existing buildings are transformed into smart buildings, and digital technology is applied to promote building carbon reduction. Research shows that by renovating existing buildings through the above path, the comprehensive energy-saving rate of the central air conditioning cold and heat sources can reach 25%.By renovating the air conditioning units and air conditioning terminals, the annual carbon emissions of buildings can be reduced by 493 400 t;The elevator system can save 11 000 kW·h of electricity and reduce 9 727.3 t carbon emissions annually by installing a variable frequency regenerative energy feedback device.The feasibility and significant emission reduction effect of this technology path provide technical reference for the low-carbon and energy-saving transformation of existing buildings.The “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”policy has an important impact on the development of China's construction industry.This article proposes a technical path for low-carbon retrofitting of existing buildings by analyzing the new requirements for retrofitting existing buildings.It follows two major low-carbon operation paths for energy conservation and energy structure adjustment, and transforms existing buildings into smart buildings through three methods: the construction of energy and carbon management platforms, the application of building energy-saving technologies, and the utilization of renewable energy.Digital technology is used to promote carbon reduction in buildings.
