摘要
针对急倾斜水平分层综放工作面顶板冒落、采空区遗煤、漏风特征等煤层自燃外在因素,运用采空区上覆岩层“竖三带”、采空区采动裂隙“O”形圈、漏风风量理论等进行分析研究,提出水平分层综放工作面采空区自燃空间具有“立体”性,采空区自燃防治范围增加至上分层采空区遗煤的防治。同时本分层自然堆积区、承压破碎区宽度也增加,具有防灭火范围增大、难度增加特性。据此所制定的急倾斜煤层水平分层综放工作面“立体”综合防灭火技术,取得较好的防灭火效果。
In response to the external factors of coal seam spontaneous combustion in the steeply inclined horizontal layered fully-mechanized top caving face,such as roof caving,goaf residual coal,and air leakage characteristics,the"vertical three zones"of the overlying strata in the goaf,the O-shaped ring of goaf mining fractures,and the theory of air leakage air volume were analyzed and studied.It was proposed that the spontaneous combustion space in the goaf of the horizontal layered fully-mechanized caving face has a"three-dimensional"nature,the prevention and control range of spontaneous combustion in the goaf increased to prevent residual coal in the upper layer of the goaf.At the same time,the width of the natural accumulation area and the pressure crushing area in this layer also increased,which has the characteristics of increasing the range and difficulty of fire prevention and extinguishing.The"three-dimensional"comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology developed based on this for the steeply inclined coal seam horizontal layered fully-mechanized caving face has achieved good fire prevention and extinguishing effects.
