摘要
介绍了皖北矿区煤矿巷道支护类型,分析了巷道支护的主要理论与巷道支护与围岩的相互作用关系,重点介绍皖北矿区锚杆支护成套技术,包括地质力学测试、支护设计及材料、施工及检测机具、矿压监测与巷道修护等。通过软岩巷道及深部沿空掘巷的支护方案的实例分析,介绍了锚杆支护成套技术的应用效果。实践表明,锚杆支护已然成为皖北矿区煤矿巷道首选、安全高效的主要支护方式,在保障采煤工作面安全快速推进的同时,也使巷道支护效果明显提高,推动了煤炭产量大幅增长。
The types of roadway supporting in coal mines in northern Anhui mining area was introduced,and the main theories of roadway supporting and the interaction relationship between roadway supporting and surrounding rock was analyzed.The complete set of anchor supporting technology in northern Anhui mining area was introduced significantly,including geomechanical testing,supporting design and materials,construction and testing equipment,mine pressure monitoring and roadway repair.The application effect of the complete set of anchor supporting technology was introduced through the example analysis of the supporting program of soft rock roadway and deep gob-side entry retaining.Practice shows that anchor supporting has become the preferred,safe and efficient main supporting method for coal mine roadway in northern Anhui mining area,which has significantly improved the roadway supporting effect and promoted the significant growth of coal production while guaranteeing the safe and rapid advancement of coal mining face.
