摘要
全过程工程咨询(以下简称“全咨”)服务模式可以将集中管理与技术咨询贯穿项目建设的整个周期,优化项目组织结构并简化合同关系,有效服务业主实现项目目标。结合某区域物流中心全咨项目的案例实践,展示以项目管理为主导、技术咨询为核心的全咨模式在项目实施过程中的重要作用和价值。通过案例分析,深入了解开展全咨全过程不同阶段的运行机制,剖析建设准备、建设实施阶段咨询重点,为传统咨询企业进行全咨转型和能力提升提供借鉴。
The full process engineering consulting(hereinafter referred to as"full consulting")service model can integrate centralized management and technical consulting throughout the entire project construction cycle,optimize project organizational structure and simplify contract relationships,effectively serving the owner to achieve project goals.Combined with the case practice of the whole-process consultation project of a regional logistics center,this article demonstrates the important role and value of the whole-process engineering consultation model,which is dominated by project management and centered on technical consultation,in the implementation of the project.Through case analysis,it deeply understands the operation mechanism of carrying out the whole-process engineering consultation,analyzes the key and difficult points in the implementation of the whole-process engineering consultation,and provides a powerful reference for traditional consulting enterprises to transform and improve their abilities to carry out the whole-process consultation model.
