摘要
文章首先介绍了微生物检验的基础理论与技术,包括微生物的分类与特性、常用的微生物检测方法及其进展;然后分析了微生物污染对中药材质量的影响,包括污染途径、常见污染类别,以及微生物污染对药材安全性和药效稳定性的影响;进而提出了利用微生物检验加强中药材质量控制的策略,包括预防性控制策略和过程控制策略,以期为中药材的质量控制提供理论支持和实践指导,保障中药材的安全性和有效性。
The paper introduces the basic theories and techniques of microbial testing,including the classification and characteristics of microorganisms,commonly used microbial testing methods,and their progress.It analyzes the impacts of microbial contamination on the quality of Chinese herbal medicines,including contamination pathways,common contamination categories,and the effects of microbial contamination on the safety and efficacy stability of Chinese herbal medicines.And then it proposes strategies for the application of microbial testing in the quality control of Chinese herbal medicines,including preventive control strategies and process control strategies.The aim is to provide theoretical supports and practical guidance for the quality control of Chinese herbal medicines,and ensure the safety and efficacy of Chinese herbal medicines.
