摘要
文章采用QuEChERS前处理方法,结合GC-NPD技术,建立了蔬菜中5种氨基甲酸酯农药残留的快速检测方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取和PSA/ODS C_(18)粉净化,实现了良好的分离与定量,回收率和精密度均表现优异,检出限低于0.04 mg/kg。该法兼顾速度、成本、操作简便性和环境友好性,适用于蔬菜中多种农药残留成分的检测与分析。
A method for the rapid detection of five carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables was established using the QuEChERS pretreatment method combined with GC-NPD technology.The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and purified using PSA/ODS C_(18) powder and achieved good separation and quantification.The recovery rates and precision were excellent,with the detection limit below 0.04 mg/kg.This method is fast,cost-effective,simple to operate,and environmentally friendly,and is suitable for the analysis of multiple pesticide residues in vegetables.
