酶工程技术在现代生物化工中的研究与应用

摘要 酶在人体的新陈代谢中扮演着关键角色,作为一种催化剂,能加速化学反应并促进代谢过程。随着生物工程技术发展,尤其是对基因工程和细胞工程的深入研究,酶的工业化生产实现了显著的技术突破,为生物工程在多个领域的应用提供了可能。酶工程技术主要通过蛋白质工程或化学修饰来改造酶分子,从而改变酶的特性,使其在环境、医药、农业和工业等领域发挥关键作用。因此,加强对酶工程技术的研究非常必要。文章在酶工程技术原理的基础认知上,阐述了酶工程的相关技术,并探讨了其在现代生物化工中的应用,以期为生物化工产业的可持续发展提供参考,并推动生物资源的可持续利用和环境保护事业的持续进步。 Enzymes play a key role in the body's metabolism,acting as catalysts where can speed up chemical reactions and promote metabolic processes.With the in-depth study of bioengineering technology,especially in the field of genetic engineering and cell engineering,the industrial production of enzymes has made remarkable progress,and has expanded a broader prospect for the applications of bioengineering.Enzyme engineering technology is mainly through protein engineering or chemical modification to modify enzyme molecules,so as to change the characteristics of enzymes.It plays a key role in many fields such as environment,medicine,agriculture and industry.Therefore,based on the basic cognition of the principle of enzyme engineering technology,this paper expounds the related technologies of enzyme engineering,and discusses its applications in modern biochemical industry,in order to provide references for the sustainable development of biochemical industry,and promote the sustainable utilization of biological resources and the progress of environmental protection.
