摘要
肠道微生物能通过肠肝轴的互动来调控药物的代谢和毒性反应,在医疗中扮演着重要角色。另外,肠道微生物作为人体中复杂的生态系统,能通过改变肠道屏障的通透性来影响人体内毒素的释放,减轻肝脏的负担和损伤,进而影响肝脏的状态和免疫反应。由此,文章就肠道微生物在药物性肝损伤发生中的作用机制展开探讨,以期分析肠道微生物对药物代谢和免疫调控的影响,为提高药物治疗的安全性,以及减少药物引起的肝损伤提供参考。
Gut microbiota plays an important role in medical treatment by regulating metabolism and toxic reactions of drugs through the interaction of the gut liver axis.As a complex ecosystem in the human body,gut microbiota can alter the permeability of the intestinal barrier to affect the release of toxins in the body,reduce the burden and risk of liver damage,and affect the liver’s status and immune response.Therefore,this article explores the mechanism of gut microbiota in the occurrence of drug-induced liver injury,aiming at studying the influence of gut microbiota on the drug metabolism and immune regulation,and providing references for improving the safety of drug treatment and reducing drug-induced liver injury events.
