文化是一个国家,一个民族的灵魂。文化兴则国运兴,文化强则民族强。文化是民族生存和发展的重要力量。“北疆文化”以中华优秀传统为根,是自治区党委立足内蒙古深厚的历史文化资源,紧密结合实际,创造性打造的地域性文化,在这种情况下用历史之承,理论之需,现实之行来具体分析北疆文化的发展的三维逻辑,能够更好地了解“北疆文化”的具体历程,也能够更好地了解未来“北疆文化”的发展走向。

Culture serves as the soul of a nation and its people.When culture flourishes,the nation’s prosperity follows;when culture strengthens,so does the strength of its people.Culture is a crucial force in the survival and development of a nation.“Northern Frontier Culture”is rooted in the excellence of traditional Chinese culture and has been creatively cultivated by the Party Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,drawing upon the region’s rich historical and cultural resources.By analyzing the development of Northern Frontier Culture through three dimensions—historical inheritance,theoretical necessity,and practical application—this study provides a deeper understanding of the evolution of this cultural identity and offers insights into its future development.
