摘要 高职院校教师能力建设是推动高职教育高质量发展的关键,本文基于高职教育发展的新形势和新需求,深入剖析了教师教学能力、实践能力、信息化教学技能等能力提升的重要性和必要性,系统总结了各类教师能力提升的有效路径和关键举措,探讨了建立健全教师能力评价指标体系的思路和对策,旨在为高职院校加强教师队伍建设、全面提升人才培养质量提供理论指导和实践参考,为高职教育事业的蓬勃发展提供坚实的师资保障。 The development of teacher competencies in vocational colleges is key to promoting high-quality development in vocational education.This paper analyzes the importance and necessity of enhancing teaching abilities,practical skills,and information technology teaching skills in the context of new trends and demands in vocational education.It systematically summarizes effective pathways and key measures for improving various teacher competencies and explores ideas and strategies for establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system for teacher competencies.The aim is to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for strengthening teacher team construction and improving talent training quality in vocational colleges,thereby ensuring robust support for the vigorous development of vocational education.
