摘要
文章以《国家职业教育改革实施方案》《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》为背景,依托笔者学校智能制造高水平专业群建设项目,“深度”挖掘专业群建设内涵,“跨界”触发群内专业的交互融合,找寻高水平专业群建设的有效突破口,立足于课程体系的跨界重组、育人模式的跨界构建和特色文化的跨界融合三个方面,探索高水平专业群建设的有效途径和方法,助推专业健康发展,培养更多适应新质生产力需求的高素质劳动者,赋能区域经济快速发展。
This paper is set against the backdrop of the“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”and the“Opinions on Promoting High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education.”It relies on the author’s school’s project for building high-level professional groups in intelligent manufacturing.The study aims to deeply explore the connotations of professional group construction,trigger interactive integration among the professions,and find effective breakthroughs for high-level professional group development.The exploration focuses on three aspects:the cross-border reorganization of the curriculum system,the cross-border construction of the education model,and the cross-border integration of distinctive culture.This research seeks effective pathways and methods for building high-level professional groups,promoting the healthy development of professions,cultivating high-quality workers who meet the demands of new productive forces,and empowering rapid regional economic development.
