摘要
在大力推进实施健康中国建设背景下,员工身心健康也越来越受重视。通过对已有研究的梳理,发现解决当前年轻职场人面临的职业压力问题刻不容缓。为细化研究,选择石油石化行业新员工与青年干部两类重点人群,采用质性分析、量化分析和可视化词云图分析相结合的方法,对两类群体的职业压力改变意愿中个人成长、工作强度、环境适应、情感家庭、人际关系、职业规划6类主要压力源及压力程度进行比较分析,基于压力认知交互理论和组织压力控制论,提出了从员工自身和组织两方面共同作用,打造年轻人压力良性循环的职业压力调适路径,为针对性改善石油石化行业员工心理健康、提高员工工作绩效、营造良好企业文化提供借鉴。
Under the background of vigorously promoting the implementation of the construction of healthy China,the physical and mental health of employees is also paid more and more attention.Through the review of the existing studies,it is found that it is urgent to solve the problem of occupational stress faced by young professionals.In order to refine the research,two key groups of new employees and young cadres in the petroleum and petrochemical industry were selected,and qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis and visual word cloud analysis were used to compare and analyze the six main stressors and stress degree of the two groups′occupational stress change intention,namely,personal growth,work intensity,environmental adaptation,emotional family,interpersonal relationship and career planning.Based on the cognitive interaction theory of stress and the cybernetics of organizational stress,the occupational stress adjustment path of creating a virtuous cycle of stress for young people through the joint action of employees themselves and organizations was put forward,providing reference for improving the mental health of employees in the petroleum and petrochemical industry,improving their work performance and building a good corporate culture.
