信阳市居民2022年健康生活方式与行为素养状况调查

Survey on Healthy Lifestyle and Behavioral Literacy of Residents in Xinyang City in 2022

目的 了解信阳市居民对健康生活方式知识的掌握和行为践行情况并分析影响因素,为健康生活方式与行为的普及提供依据。方法 采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取信阳市15~69岁的常住居民3 104人开展问卷调查。结果 信阳市居民的健康生活方式与行为素养水平为21.36%。居民对“吃大豆制品的好处”“运动的好处”“正确处理咳嗽、打喷嚏”“对国家基本公共卫生服务的理解”这四道题的知晓率不足一半。多因素分析发现,居住地、性别、年龄、文化程度、家庭人均年收入是居民健康生活方式与行为素养水平的主要影响因素。结论 信阳市居民对健康生活方式部分知识的掌握不全面,行为践行不到位。今后要针对居民的薄弱环节加强相关知识行为的普及,尤其针对女性、农民、低文化程度者、老年人等重点人群开展针对性的健康教育工作。

Objective To understand the knowledge and behavior of residents in Xinyang City regarding healthy lifestyles,and to analyze the influencing factors,in order to provide a basis for the popularization of healthy lifestyles and behaviors.Methods A stratified multi-stage random method was used to select 3104 permanent residents aged 15-69 in Xinyang City for a questionnaire survey.Results The level of healthy lifestyle and behavioral literacy among residents in Xinyang City was 21.36%.The awareness rates of residents on the four questions of“benefits of eating soy products”“,benefits of exercise”“,correct handling of coughing and sneezing”,and“understanding of basic public health services of the country”were less than half.Multivariate analysis found that place of residence,gender,age,educational level,and per capita annual household income were the main influencing factors on residents’healthy lifestyle and behavioral literacy level.Conclusion Residents in Xinyang City have incomplete knowledge and inadequate behavioral practices regarding healthy lifestyles.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the popularization of relevant knowledge and behaviors in areas where residents have weak knowledge,especially for key groups such as women,farmers,people with low educational levels,and the elderly,to carry out targeted health education work.
