摘要
数字化的发展是运用超强算力和传播力帮助科技研发加速度的重要支撑,但目前数字化的表达及功用与以往人类的常态思维、理解、作为等还很难较好地融合协同,且具有显著的干扰、异化作用。教育的正确作用应使数字化的发展符合人类的根本利益,而不是完全被这些技术左右或限制。在教育领域最令人感慨的数字化功用就是极大地丰富了教与学的资源,并能通过先进的传输技术促进地区教育条件的明显改善。数字化的正确运用,应主要在技术掌握和工具使用方面,最关键还是不违背教育教学的目的、原则和方法。只有关注自己的生存、掌握必要的自主学习能力、有着公民的基本素养和责任担当,教育才有真正的质量可言。从积极的方面看,理智地认识数字化问题,科学地运用该技术,是关乎未来教育发展的关键。与教育最直接关联的问题之一,就是要明确未来国民需要何种、何水平的数字化素养,应站在人类和历史的高度明确教育教学发展的方向,并确定数字化在其中应起的作用。特别在确定国民素养方面,不能一刀切,而要分类、分层,摆正数字化进步与优良教育传统的关系,不失人(学生)的主体性和教育的主导地位,特别要吸取以往经济过热、效率过热和智育过热等教训,防范“数字化陷阱”对常规教育的破坏,使方兴未艾的数字化发展成为人与社会全面和谐发展的重要助力。
The development of digitalization is an important support for accelerating scientific and technological re-search and development by applying super computing power and dissemination power.However,at present,the expression and function of digitalization are still difficult to integrate and collaborate well with the normal thinking,understanding and actions of human beings in the past,and it has significant interference and"alienation"effects.The correct role of educa-tion should be to make the development of digitalization in line with the fundamental interests of human beings,rather than being completely controlled or limited by these technologies.The most impressive function of digitalization in the field of education is that it greatly enriches the resources for teaching and learning,and can significantly improve the differenc-es in educational conditions among regions through advanced transmission technologies.The correct application of digitali-zation should mainly be in the aspects of technology mastery and tool usage.The most crucial point is still not to violate the purposes,principles and methods of education and teaching.Only by paying attention to one's own survival,mastering the necessary autonomous learning ability,and having the basic qualities and responsibility as a citizen can education have true quality.From a positive perspective,rationally understanding digital issues and scientifically applying this technology are the keys to the future development of education.One of the issues most directly related to education is to clarify what kind and what level of digital literacy future citizens need.It should clarify the direction of the development of education and teaching from the height of humanity and history,and determine the role of digitalization therein.Especially in deter-mining the national literacy,it should not adopt a one-size-fits-all approach,but classify and stratify,put the relationship between digital progress and excellent educational traditions in the right position,and not lose the subjectivity of people(students)and the leading position of education.In particular,it should draw lessons from the experiences and lessons of previous overheating of the economy,overemphasis on efficiency,and overemphasis on intllectual education,and prevent the"digital trap"from undermining regular education,so that the emerging digital development can become an important assistance for the comprehensive and harmonious development of people and society.
