摘要
地方综合性大学作为培养师范生的重要场所,为高校所在省份及周边地区的中小学培养了大量师资,是高等师范院校人才培养的重要补充。基于互动仪式链理论的视角,文章重点探讨地方综合性大学师范生教育实习保障机制构建中出现的问题:教育实习的主体异质,共同关注的重点与焦点模糊;大学与中小学沟通效率较低,积极主动参与的热情不高;各类教育实习参与主体合作不充分,“身体在场”不足;教育实习合作过程形式化,互动仪式成效不显著。文章据此提出,以互动仪式链理论所倡导的情感刺激、焦点关注、“身体在场”和集体团结等方式构建地方综合性大学师范生教育实习保障机制,共同推进地方综合性大学师范生教育实习工作朝向更加制度化、科学化与可持续化发展的方向前进。
As an important place for cultivating normal students,local comprehensive universities have trained a large number of teachers for primary and secondary schools in the provinces and surrounding areas where the universities are lo-cated,and are an important supplement to talent cultivation in higher normal universities.Based on the perspective of in-teractive ritual chain theory,this paper focuses on exploring the problems that arise in the construction of the guarantee mechanism for normal students'educational internships in local comprehensive universities:heterogeneous subjects in ed-ucational internships,blurred common concerns and focal points;low communication efficiency between universities and primary and secondary schools,and insufficient enthusiasm for proactive participation;inadequate cooperation among vari-ous participants in educational internships,with insufficient"physical presence";formalization of the educational interns-hips cooperation process,with insignificant effects of interactive rituals.Thus this paper proposes the methods advocated by interactive ritual chain theory,such as emotional stimulation,focus attention,physical presence,and collective unity,to construct a guarantee mechanism for teacher training internships in local comprehensive universities,and jointly advance the direction of more institutionalized,scientific,and sustainable development of normal students'educational internships in local comprehensive universities.
