不同种植区域及品种对青稞品质的影响

摘要 旨在初步对同一品种在不同地区种植及不同品种在同一地区种植的营养成分进行差异性分析。结果表明:同一青稞品种在不同地点种植时由于土壤、气候条件不同,营养成分具有差异性,且蛋白质含量差异较大,其中喜拉系列的青稞品种蛋白质含量普遍高于其他品种;不同青稞品种在同一地点种植的营养成分差异性较大,其中彩色青稞的花色苷明显高于其他青稞品种。综合而言,同一品种青稞的营养元素含量不仅跟品种自身特性有关,也与种植地块的气候和土壤养分有关。 This study aims to preliminarily analyze the differences in nutritional composition of the same variety planted in different locations and different varieties planted on the same plot.The results showed that the same highland barley variety had differences in nutritional composition and protein content due to different soil and climate conditions when planted in different locations.Among them,the protein content of the Xila series of highland barley varieties was generally higher than that of other varieties.There is a significant difference in nutritional composition among different highland barley varieties grown in the same location,and colored highland barley has significantly higher levels of anthocyanins than other highland barley varieties.Overall,the nutrient content of the same variety of highland barley is not only related to the characteristics of the variety itself,but also to the climate and soil nutrients of the planting site.
