党中央高度重视草原保护修复工作,西藏自治区也始终将生态文明建设以及自治区创建生态文明高地放在重要位置。自党的十八大以来,各级林草原部门牢固树立“绿水青山就是金山银山,冰天雪地也是金山银山”的理念,紧紧围绕抓好“四件大事”、着力推进“四个创建”、努力做到“四个走在前列”,以完善草原保护修复制度、推进草原治理体系和治理能力现代化为主线,加强草原保护管理,推进草原生态修复,改善草原生态状况,促进草原合理利用。这些举措取得了明显成效,对于维护国家生态安全,促进草原畜牧业和经济社会全面协调可持续发展,都具有十分重要的意义。日喀则市的天然草地退化问题日益严峻,为此,实施了退化草原生态修复工程项目。该项目严格执行草原保护政策、合理利用草原资源、优化放牧体制,加大资金投入,加强政策扶持和宣传,同时也加强了科学研究,建立了退化草原生态修复技术标准体系,以期有效改善草地生态状况,促进草原可持续发展。
