PDMS/CNT/MXene中空微球复合膜的制备及其应用

摘要 含油污水的去除以及生活用水的净化是如今环境治理的难题之一。本研究基于牺牲模板法,通过热处理MXene纳米片包覆阳离子型聚苯乙烯微球(CPS@MXene)获得疏水性的中空MXene微球(HSMX),并通过添加一定比例的羟基化碳纳米管(CNT-OH)和适量聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS),采用真空抽滤工艺在聚四氟乙烯(PVDF)底膜上制备了疏水性PDMS/CNT/HSMX复合膜。该膜具有优异的油水分离性能,对四氯化碳油包水乳液的分离效率达到98.8%,分离通量高达470 L/m^(2)·h·bar,并具有良好的可循环使用性。 The removal of oily sewage and the purification of domestic water is one of the current environmental treatment problems.In this study,hydrophobic hollow MXene microspheres(HSMX)were prepared by thermal treating the cationic polystyrene microspheres coated with MXene nanosheets(CPS@MXene)via a sacrificing-template method.Hydrophobic PDMS/CNT/HSMX composite membranes were prepared on the polytetrafluoroethylene(PVDF)bottom membrane by adding a certain proportion of hydroxylated carbon nanotubes(CNT-OH)and an appropriate amount of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)through a vacuum assisted filtration method.The membrane exhibited good oil-water separation performance,with a separation efficiency of 98.8%for water-in-oil emulsion of carbon tetrachloride and a separation flux of 470 L/m^(2)·h·bar.In addition,the composite membrane showed good recyclability.
